WEAR WITH FLAIR
Dress comfortably. Look for lightweight moisture-wicking fabrics that pull sweat away from your body.
Bring dry clothing to change into after the game so you can enjoy the after party with your family and friends.
Leggings or shorts are great for the course that will have you jumping and rolling, going over and under obstacles.
Do the “squat test” before buying leggings. You want durable bottoms so avoid leggings that turn sheer when you squat.
Wear normal running shoes. Shoes with spikes and cleats are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed on course. No bare feet.
Choose comfortable shoes that are broken in. If you wear brand new shoes you might find out on the course that they are too tight.
